At Buckman’s Ski and Snowboard Shops we offer a performance guarantee on all Ski Boots, Skis, Snowboard Boots, Snowboard Bindings and Snowboards purchased at one of our retail locations.
What Qualifies a Performance Guarantee?
- You purchased the equipment from one of our 7 retail locations.
- You worked with a sales associate to find the best equipment for your needs.
- The equipment you purchased was based off of the sales associate’s recommendation.
- The equipment is ONLY lightly used (3-5 times).
- The equipment was purchased and returned during the same season.
- Upon returning the equipment to the store, you worked with a sales associate to address the problems with the equipment and the sales associate/manager decided that a different item would better suit your needs.
Our store managers reserve the right to deny any performance guarantee.
If your performance guarantee is approved and the equipment is used you will ONLY be given store credit to be used at one of our 7 retail locations.
